Flávia has a degree in Business Administration with expertise in Foreign Trade from Universidade Paulista (UNIP) and Postgraduate degree in Business Management and Strategy from Unicamp. She is responsible for the Supply Chain area at Oxitec Brasil, including procurement, material and production planning, Foreign Trade, Intralogistics and Logistics, always focusing on delivering the best result for our customers and enabling access to Oxitec's innovative solutions to a growing audience. She worked for 14 years in multinational companies in the chemical industry, leading global projects and responsible for Supply Chain operations in Latin America. 

She lives in Campinas-SP, with her husband Paulo and their children, Estela and Pedro.
