Kate joined Oxitec in 2021 to lead HR.  With a career in global technology organisations, including early-stage VC-backed start ups, and Nasdaq listed companies in growth and transformational change, Kate is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and a Certified Prosci Change Practitioner. Kate lives in the UK, and also spent time living and working in South Africa.
